Anderee Berengian

Anderee Berengian is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive and technologist. He founded RezVen Partners in 2007, where he has helped dozens of start-ups make strategic business decisions to accelerate growth and create liquidity events. Through his leadership, RezVen takes a unique hands-on approach to help entrepreneurs formulate strategies, develop products and expedite business development and sales activities. In addition to RezVen, Berengian is a board member for several technology companies. Berengian is a thought leader as a member of the Young Leaders Circle at the Milken Institute and actively gives back to his community through his board affiliations with the Discovery Cube and Human Options. Prior to RezVen, Berengian held senior roles at Overture and Yahoo!, where he successfully expanded global operations for innovative ad serving technologies through strategic partnerships and tactical execution. Berengian earned a MA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he also published numerous research papers as a Biophysics PhD candidate.

Jim Davis

Jim Davis is a digital pioneer, innovative marketer and seasoned operator with a 25+ year proven track record building consumer and technology businesses. He has an extensive track record developing high growth digital strategies, leveraging technology to scale new business models and exploiting the rapid changes in commerce, media and entertainment to create new markets. Currently, Davis is strategically advising early stage and mid-market companies by providing expertise in strategy, innovation, building teams, marketing, business development and maximizing exit strategy. Previously, Davis served as a senior executive for eBay during its early growth phase. During his tenure, Davis launched five multi-hundred million dollar businesses for eBay, helped increase its customer base from 6 million to over 100 million registered users and grow total revenues from under $100 million to over $1.2 billion. During his career, he has grown start-up businesses from scratch to over $65M, built digital businesses generating over $500M in revenues, developed consumer branded businesses that grew to over $1.7B in sales and successfully led both lean start-ups and large teams.

Stephanie Horbaczewski

Stephanie Horbaczewski is the co-founder, President and CEO of StyleHaul, the largest fashion, beauty and women’s lifestyle network on YouTube, and the leading content marketing solution for global brands of scale. The StyleHaul network on YouTube has more than 265 million network subscribers and attracts more than 100 million monthly unique visitors to the content being created and curated by StyleHaul’s channels, making the company the largest within these categories. Horbaczewski established StyleHaul in 2011 with the vision of translating the fashion editorial space, at scale, to digital, social and multi-platform trends. Under her leadership, StyleHaul has redefined the way agencies and brands value and purchase branded content. Horbaczewski grew StyleHaul to considerable scale and spearheaded a successful acquisition in 2014 by RTL Group with a deal valued at more than $200M.

R. Brad Martin

R. Brad Martin is a strategic advisor and board member for some of the largest public and private sector companies leveraging his extensive experience in commerce and retail. He is Chairman of RBM Venture Company, a private investment company and serves on the boards at FedEx Corporation, First Horizon National Corporation, Chesapeake Energy Corporation, Pilot/Flying J Travel Centers and as a Co-Chairman of the U.S. Advisory Board of CVC—a global private equity firm. Previously, Martin was Chairman and CEO of Saks Incorporated. During his 20+ year tenure he grew the company from ten stores with annual revenues of approximately $70 million to become one of the largest department stores businesses in the United States, generating revenues in excess of $4 billion. Martin also has previously serviced on the Board of Directors of Dillard’s, Harrah’s Entertainment (Caesar’s), Gaylord Entertainment, lululemon athletica, and Ruby Tuesday, Inc. His interests are broad and include a one-year term as Interim President of The University of Memphis, five terms as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, accomplished author, and a leading philanthropist through the R. Brad Martin Family Foundation.

Tamim Mourad

Tamim Mourad has over 20 years experience developing and managing technology companies. Currently, he is co-founder of eSalon.com, an online hair color company that develops custom hair color formulations for each user. Providing salon-quality color dimension at a fraction of the price, eSalon has shipped over 1.5M color kits and was named Best Home Hair Color by Allure Magazine in 2014. Prior to eSalon, Mourad founded and was CEO of PriceGrabber.com, a leading comparison shopping site launched in 1999 and sold to Experian in 2005 for $485M. Before establishing PriceGrabber, Mourad created D2 Systems, Inc., a company that provided traditional retailers with the technology to create digital content products on-demand. Mourad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
